CROSS COUNTRY FINISHES FOR THE SEASON

Our Grade 4 and 5 Cross Country season wrapped up this past Tuesday with teachers and students grateful for a final sunny afternoon. This fall we ran in rain or shine through the many trail systems of nearby Lynn Canyon. Trail-running through the Canyon has been such a relaxing and enjoyable experience that kept us fit and active throughout the fall. Thank you to all our Grade 4 and 5 students who came out to join Cross Country! Your teachers thoroughly enjoyed your determination, commitment, and company.

To any dedicated runners at home: the winter season now requires headlamps for safe afternoon/evening runs - make sure to pick one up before you hit the pavement!
