Congratulations Indra!
Indra (Indy) joined Brockton 3 years ago from Island Pacific School, and we’re so glad he did! Over his time here, Indra has been a valued member of the @brocktongrizzlies Cross Country team, spending many rainy days at meets across Vancouver (for which he would like to thank Ms. Trotman and the entire coaching staff for braving the rain and supporting the team). Indra also found success as a distance runner on the Track and Field squad, where he was a member of the 2021 NSSSVTF champion team.
Indra has also played in the @worldmusicprogram Senior Specialized Ensemble (SSE), and has shown his leadership skills as a member on the Community Action Team for Social Justice (CAT-SJ). Teachers describe him as extremely inspired and an independent thinker. If he could give the younger students one piece of advice, it would be to take advantage of Brockton’s small class sizes, and to not be afraid to question things along the way.
Indra will be heading back to America next year to pursue a degree in Aviation Management at either Purdue University or Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University. While Brockton will miss him, we can’t wait to see the heights he reaches on this next flight!
