Congratulations Jamie!

Jamie joined Brockton in Grade 5, and has been an integral member of our community ever since. Jamie’s first Brockton memory is playing on the Junior School basketball team with Brockton Grizzlies teammates Jacob, Cooper, and Ryan. His athletics career continued throughout the years, and he has been a valuable member of the track and field, basketball, and volleyball teams. Some of Jamie’s athletic highlights include the Senior Volleyball team winning the 2022 NSSSAA regular season and being named to the All-Star team, as well as finishing amongst the top BC High Jump athletes on the Senior Track and Field team. 

Jamie has been a member of the Community Action Team for Arts and Culture (CAT-AC), as well as the World Music Program Senior Specialized Ensemble (SSE). Teachers describe Jamie as collaborative, kind, and a natural leader. If he could give the younger students one piece of advice, it would be to take risks and do your best to take advantage of Brockton’s vast extra curricular athletic and club programs .

Next year, Jamie plans to embark on a degree in psychology,  in either the honours program at Queens University or Western University. Congratulations Jamie, Brockton will miss you!
