JK and K: Students will meet with the early learning teachers in a small group. Teachers are looking for developmental milestones, social-emotional readiness, and a good fit with the school/programme.
Grades 1-5: Students will meet with the primary years teachers in a small group setting. The assessment is designed to assess students on their academic abilities as well as their social-emotional, communication, and collaborative skills.
Grade 6-12: Students will meet with teachers/admissions team in either an individual or small group setting to engage in a personal interview, a writing sample with prompt, and an assessment of thinking skills.

We do not offer a separate English Language Learner Programme but provide language support to accommodate the limited needs of our English language learners. While there’s no requirement for a formal English Language assessment, applicants in grade 4 and above must be proficient in English to be successful in our program. This will be determined as part of the assessment process. If you have completed any English benchmark assessments, you may include the result as part of your application package.
-
Students cannot prepare for this assessment in advance, as it is designed to evaluate their developmental and academic milestones in a way that reflects their current abilities.
