A family may apply to both the financial aid bursary and scholarship program, and may be eligible to receive funds from either and/or both.

Entrance Scholarships
Brockton School Scholarships support new students and their families from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 who demonstrate academic engagement, community contribution, and alignment with our mission and guiding principles. With awards ranging from $2,500 to full tuition, these opportunities invite diverse, mission-aligned families and students to become part of the Brockton community.
Brockton Early Years Scholarship (Junior Kindergarten & Kindergarten Applicants)
Description: This scholarship will be awarded to new families entering Junior Kindergarten or Kindergarten who demonstrate an intention to contribute to Brockton School in a manner that aligns with and supports the mission and guiding principles of the school.
Eligibility: New student entering Brockton at Junior Kindergarten or Kindergarten
Amount: $2,500 applied against tuition fees
Frequency: One-time award
Brockton Primary Years Scholarship (Grades 1–5 Applicants)
Description: This scholarship will be awarded to new families who demonstrate an intention to contribute to Brockton School in a manner that aligns with and supports the mission and guiding principles of the school.
Eligibility: New students entering Brockton at Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
Amount: $2,500 applied against tuition fees
Frequency: One-time award
Brockton Middle Years Scholarship (Grade 6 & 7 Applicants)
Description: This scholarship will be awarded to new families who demonstrate an intention to contribute to the Brockton School community in a manner that aligns with and supports the mission and principles of the school.
Eligibility: New student entering Brockton at Grade 6 or 7
Amount: $2,500 applied against tuition fees
Frequency: One-time award
Criteria:
- Demonstrated intention to contribute to Brockton School in a manner that aligns with and supports the mission and guiding principles of the school.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance and commitment to learning
- Demonstrated interest and engagement in an additional area of school life.
Founders Entrance Scholarship (Grade 8 Applicants)
Description: This scholarship will be awarded to a new student who demonstrates strong academic commitment, engagement in at least one additional area of school life, and alignment with the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
Eligibility: New student entering Brockton at Grade 8
Amount: $5,000 applied against tuition fees
Frequency: One-time award
Criteria:
- Demonstrated strong academic commitment to learning
- Demonstrated interest and engagement in an additional area of school life
- Alignment of personal direction with that of the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
Head’s Entrance Scholarship (Grades 9–12 Applicants)
Description: This scholarship will be awarded to a new student who demonstrates academic engagement, engagement in at least one additional area of school life, and alignment with the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
Eligibility: New student entering Brockton at Grade 9, 10, 11, or 12
Amount: $5,000–$10,000 applied against tuition fees
Frequency: One-time award
Criteria:
- Demonstrated strong academic performance and commitment to learning
- Demonstrated interest and engagement in an additional area of school life
- Alignment of personal direction with that of the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
Champions Graduation Pathways Scholarship (Grades 10–12 Applicants)
Description: This extraordinary scholarship will be awarded to a new student who demonstrates academic engagement, engagement in at least one additional area of school life, and alignment with the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
Eligibility:
- New student entering Brockton in Grade 10, 11, or 12
- Must be a BC resident (non-BC residents will be considered upon special request)
Amount:
- New student fees
- Up to full tuition fees
- Brockton bond (if no sibling is in attendance)
- Note: Expenses required of the recipient will include school uniform costs, optional travel/trips, various other potential fees (e.g., computer, school supplies, etc.)
Frequency: Renewable annually until graduation, provided the student maintains consistent academic performance and is engaged in school life
Criteria:
- Demonstrated academic engagement
- Demonstrated engagement in at least one additional area of school life
- Alignment with the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
- The recipient is responsible for costs such as uniforms, optional trips, technology, and other incidentals
First Nations Scholarship
Description: This scholarship will be awarded to a student (or students) who are on the Nominal Roll of a First Nation (e.g., Squamish, Tsleil Waututh, Musqueam…) and demonstrates a commitment to learning, engagement in school life, and alignment with the Brockton School mission and guiding principles.
Amount:
- In partnership with anticipated educational funding from the First Nations Authority, Brockton will offer a scholarship that allows the student to attend Brockton at minimal cost. This could include a subsidy to cover the cost of:
- Application and new student entry fees
- Tuition fees for the school year
- Brockton Bond Waiver
- NOTE: expenses required of the recipient will include school uniform costs, optional travel/trips, various other potential fees (e.g., computer, school supplies, etc.)
Frequency: Renewable annually until graduation, provided the student maintains consistent academic performance and is engaged in school life
