Brockton at a glance
Brockton School is an International Baccalaureate World Continuum school nestled in beautiful Lynn Valley, just 15 minutes from Burnaby Heights. Providing programs from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12, Brockton’s mission is to educate and inspire the growth of outstanding humans in contribution to a better world.

International Baccalaureate
The IB approach is core to Brockton and enables students to develop the skills needed for lifelong learning. The inquiry-based approach of the IB empowers students to take ownership of their own learning, and guides them in becoming knowledgeable, confident, active, and caring global citizens.
Holistic Curriculum
The Brockton curriculum goes beyond striving for just academic success. Our programming looks at the whole child, and attends to social-emotional development, mental health, and physical wellness, while also inspiring students to want to learn.
Students have the opportunity to learn from a range of highly qualified teachers in a range of specialist subjects.
Outdoor Education
Brockton is lucky to be located at the foothills of the North Vancouver mountains in the heart of Lynn Valley. Our curriculum makes the most of the environment around us, with many classes being taken outdoors, as well as an innovative Outdoor Education program. Guided by specialist teachers, Brockton students foster an awareness and appreciation of the environment around them, and develop the skills to confidently navigate the places in which we live and play.
Extracurriculars & After School Care
At Brockton, we know the importance of balance, and our students are encouraged to try new things and make time for the activities they enjoy. We are proud to offer over 32 sports teams and 28 clubs to students of all ages throughout the year.
We also offer an after school program for Junior School students, which adheres to the same exceptional standards and educational philosophies as the Brockton curriculum.

Applications for the 24/25 school year are now open. If you are interested in the 23/24 school year, please email admissions@brocktonschool.com to inquire.
To ensure the best chance of securing a spot in your desired grade, it is recommended that you submit your completed application by the following dates:
Junior Kindergarten & Kindergarten – January 5, 2024
Grades 1 through 12 – January 5, 2024
Tuition & Fees
The following fees cover most tuition, supplies, and programme fees. Additional costs include a one time new student fee, a family Entry Bond, uniform, hot lunch (optional), and major trips.
Scholarships and Financial Aid are available.
