Congratulations, Rhiannon!
Rhiannon began attending Brockton in Grade 10, and her first memory is assisting her classmate, Mckenna (Class of 2024), in her Chemistry 10 project. Rhiannon believes that Brockton has inspired her to push herself and work hard in order to pursue her dreams. During her time here, Rhiannon has formed many strong friendships and connections with the faculty. She is especially grateful for the impact that Ms. Freeborn has had on her journey, and is grateful of the importance she places on balancing extracurricular activities, as well as prioritizing wellness and self-care.
Rhiannon is the co-chair of the Community Action Team Health and Wellbeing (CAT-HW), where she has been involved in leading various initiatives during her time here. She is also a valued member of the Senior Track and Field team as a racewalker, and highlights breaking the North Shore Junior Girls record in Grade 10 as a core memory of being a Brockton Grizzly. Rhiannon has been in the World Music Program’s SSE since Grade 11, and loves the opportunity this provides to connect with friends, laugh, and dance while playing music together.
Next year, Rhiannon will be continuing her studies at the University of British Columbia in the pursuit of becoming an Occupational Therapist. Brockton wishes you all the best, Rhiannon!
