CULTURE OF GIVING
Our Brockton community of today benefits from the vision, courage, dedication, and commitment of our founding families and our community members of past. The future of Brockton School now lies in the hands of our existing community of families and friends. As an Independent School and a not-for-profit organization, Brockton relies on the continued generosity of our families and friends to pursue its mission: To Inspire the Growth of Outstanding Humans! From Annual Fund gifts that make an immediate impact in the classrooms, to support for our Capital Development projects, your donations help to ensure a bright future for Brockton and our students.
GIVE TODAY TO INSPIRE TOMORROW
INVESTING IN BROCKTON
In order for Brockton to advance itself beyond the fundamental operations of the school (which are funded by tuition and fees) philanthropic giving is essential. Your donations put amazing support in the classroom, strengthen programs, improve our campus facilities, and open doors to deserving students who otherwise could not access a Brockton education.
No matter the amount, your gift, every year, makes a difference.
ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN
Independent schools like Brockton are reliant on the generosity of families and friends to sustain excellence in teaching and learning today and to build the same for tomorrow. Each fall, we mail out a request to give to our Annual Fund Campaign. This campaign runs each year from September to June but families are encouraged to participate early in the school year so that the funds raised can go directly into the school. This year our focus is on funding the following priorities at Brockton: athletic uniforms, gear, and equipment; new technology (eg. Virtual Reality and other tech); the exploration of a Brockton School bussing program; facility and campus development; and parent education and Professional Development speakers/workshops.
WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
Annual Fund donations go to one of 5 areas:
School’s/Head’s Discretion (most significant area of need as determined by leadership)
Curricular and Co-curricular Programming
Campus Infrastructure/Facilities
Professional Growth and Development
Financial Aid
EVENTS
Our Each year, Brockton School hosts two major fundraising events that raise money for our Annual Fund Campaign. Brockton’s Annual Gala is a chance for parents to have a night out, socialize with their peers, and to celebrate the amazing community that they are a part of. Families support our Gala in several ways: by volunteering on the Gala Planning Committee, sponsorships, donation of items for the auction, and purchasing auction items at the event. All of which help to raise a significant amount towards our Annual Fund goal, and give us a chance to celebrate the successes of Brockton School together.
The second event is our Annual Golf Tournament hosted at Northlands Golf Course. This is an opportunity for parents to get a group of 4 together to play, followed by a sit down dinner. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
We are not currently able to host events, but we look forward to getting together in the near future. Stay tuned for information about the 2021/2022 Gala and Golf Tournament, respectively!

Brockton School is poised to take the next exciting step in its journey. Brockton has: a solid mission, vision, and strategic plan; a committed community who believe in the purpose and direction of the school; a wait pool of interested families/students; and a growing network of internal and external supporters.
A Capital Campaign, supported by major gifts, is being launched to support these next steps, particularly as it relates to the step in expanding/enhancing/procuring our interim and long term properties. Stay tuned to hear more about this exciting step for Bro
