As the Associate Coordinator of Outdoor Education, Lindsay Mowat supports the Outdoor Education Department primarily in, but not limited to, the Junior School. At 3 years-old, Lindsay experienced her first multi-day canoe trip in Northern Ontario with her family. She developed a love and passion for Outdoor Learning very early on and spent summer months attending Summer Camp and participating in canoe and sea kayaking trips in Georgian Bay. She has led experiential, leadership, and adventure education programs across Canada for over 10 years. Before joining the Brockton Community, Lindsay spent 3 years traveling and teaching in Southeast Asia. She worked with children and families from around the world. Lindsay will be joining the world of Forest School Practitioners this year as she is currently completing a year-long Forest School Program through the Child and Nature Alliance of Canada.
