Congratulations Ella!
Ella has been a student at Brockton since Grade 8, and teachers describe her as analytical, attentive, steady, and compassionate. She is extremely intelligent and is a model of what it means to be a Brockton student. One of her favourite Brockton memories was during Grade 8 Outdoor Education, as it was an opportunity for her to bond with her classmates when she first joined the school. If Ella could give the younger students one piece of advice, it would be to remind themselves of their capability and worth, especially in challenging or stressful times.
Ella is the Co-Chair for the Community Action Team for Health and Wellness (CAT-HW), where she has helped plan school-wide initiatives, including Mental Health Week, Move for Movember, and Blue Monday. She is currently a member of the World Music Program’s Senior Specialized Ensemble, where she has performed in local concerts and most recently, in the Whistler Music Festival. Ella is also a member of Brockton’s Track and Field team, and is amongst the top NSSSAA athletes for triple jump.
Next year, Ella will be pursuing a Business degree. Congratulations, Ella, we are so proud of all your accomplishments!
