Congratulations, Rachel!
Rachel began her journey at Brockton in Grade 7, inspiring her to become a more creative and open-minded student and classmate. Her teachers describe her as genuine, a deep-thinker, and a kind and inclusive peer to both her graduating class as well as the younger Brockton community members.
Rachel is the co-chair on the Community Action Team for School Spirit (CAT-SS), where she took a lead in organizing Brockton’s very first Spirit Week, as well as other school-wide initiatives such as the Terry Fox Run and intramurals. Rachel was a member of the Ultimate Frisbee team, as well as a valued musician in World Music Program’s Junior, Senior, and Intermediate Ensembles.
Rachel’s biggest piece of advice for the younger Brockton students is to work hard and use your time wisely. Upon graduation, she plans to attend university to obtain a business degree, where she will continue to explore her interests in various fields. Brockton wishes you all the best, Rachel!
